| You are the president of a small technical college. The winds of good fortune favor you, though; a former student has become a billionaire and gave a huge grant to your school. His wish is that you develop it into one of the country's top universities. Are you up to the challenge? Turns are played by the month. Grants, federal aid, and enrollment determine your budget. You make decisions about buidling departments, dormitories, and programs. Perhaps you favor a formidable athletic program over education. Maybe you want a famous medical school. It's all up to you. I've had this idea for a while, and would like to develop it. I see a lot of graphics work, and a good amount of research. If anyone runs with it, I'd like to know... |
